The design aim was to re-present the RACT as a contemporary, organisation in the Tasmanian context, with a building development that was designed as a landmark, representing the motoring organization.

The intent was to create a high quality, energy rated, sustainable building that offered RACT members with a new experience. The building provides a one-stop-shop for enhanced customer service, members meeting, interview and conference rooms, members lounge, full driveway inspections and insurance appraisals under cover, workshops and testing facilities.
