This project transformed an existing vacant building into a multi-use office and commercial facility by inserting an additional floor and opening the building to the sky. Light penetration deep into the floor plate reveals an existing quarry face and humanises the architecture.

The resulting offices spaces are light, transparent, flexible and enliven the edge facing Salamanca Square right through to the quarry face within.

The redevelopment, through its use of contemporary materials and design, sits appropriately alongside existing neighbours.
