A challenging project to convert a grim basement car park into a new office space for a business with 6 full time staff and clients ranging from government departments to builders and tradespeople.
With a limited budget, the proposal sought to create a warm intimate entry and large, open light workspaces with generous proportions and finishes to make up for the lack of outlook and natural light.
Numerous sustainable initiatives were employed in the material selection and lighting and ventilation systems for the project to minimise the operational costs and environmental impact of the design.
