Due to a change in operational emphasis, the Cascade Brewery Company decided to upgrade and extend their tired 1980s function room to create a new visitor reception area capable of coping with increased visitor numbers.

The result was a large garden room which respects the existing historic buildings and connects visitors to the heritage garden and greater landscape.
