The 1930s Elizabeth Street Pier is the last remaining finger wharf in Sullivans Cove and is a significant historic and cultural landmark of Hobart.
The project is a mixed use development with commercial restaurants and a function centre on the lower level and 56 serviced apartments above.
The design response was governed by the desire to retain the robust texture and presence of the existing building and maintain full public access around the perimeter concourse to allow the continuity of maritime usage.
